Digital Customer List - version v.1.1. – what’s included:
1. Addition of a new Digital Customer List registration - SendClient
SendClient Method
- Addition of a new field (continuousLeaseService)
- Addition of a new field (periodicityOther) which concerns Permanent Lease/Service
- Ability to send the continuousService field and the continuousLeaseService field to the Vehicle Rental sector
- Added check. In the case of Continuous/Received Rights (continuousService==true) the following fields must be filled in:
-fromAgreedPeriodDate
-toAgreedPeriodDate - Added check. In the case of Continuous Lease/Service (continuousLeaseService==true) the following fields must be filled in:
-fromAgreedPeriodDate
-toAgreedPeriodDate
-either the periodicity field or the periodicityOther field - Added check. In the case of recurring service (recurringService==true), the movement purpose cannot be: Private Use (VehicleMovementPurposeType==2) or Free Service (VehicleMovementPurposeType==3) (regards the Vehicle Rental sector)
- Change in the description of the continuousService field
- Change in the description of the periodicity field
2. Change in the Digital Client Registration - UpdateClient
UpdateClient Method
- Added check. The fields isDiffVehReturnLocation and vehicleReturnLocation will only be allowed in the Vehicle Rental sector.
- The fields invoiceCounterparty (Counterparty TIN) and invoiceCounterpartyCountry (Counterparty Country) are mandatory in the case of a wholesale transaction (B2B) and optional in the case of a retail transaction (B2C)
- Added check. In case of non-issuance of a document (nonIssueInvoice==true), the fields invoiceCounterparty (Counterparty VAT ID) and invoiceCounterpartyCountry (Counterparty Country) should not be filled in.
