timologio (Issuance and transmission of invoices in real time)

myDATA

timologio is a free application of IAPR regarding the electronic issuance of invoices and their transmission to myDATA in real time.

 

It is addressed to all businesses which either do not have a computer system or the system they use does not cover their daily needs.

 

Through a fully configurable environment, a company can develop its profile and its customers list, organize its products and services, issue its documents and transmit all the necessary information to myDATA platform in real time.

1. Movement

Transmission Failure in the Movement Documents 9.3

  • New option (checkbox) added "Transmission Failure" when creating a series for type 9.3 documents
  • When the corresponding row is selected, the indication appears automatically when issuing the document.
     

QR enrichment with transmission failure information / cancellation on the routing page

  • Display of a relevant indication on the page that opens the print QR, transfer with transmission failure / cancellation

     

2.Gift Certificate / Free Disposal

  • The use of the special line (Rec type 6) "Gift Certificate / Free Disposal" with zero value is now supported. A relevant indication has been added to the product addition during issuance and to the list of goods when issuing the document
     

3. Changes to VAT articles

  • changes to the descriptions of the Reason for VAT exemption field according to the new Value Added Tax Code L. 5144/2024
