Welcome to the Declaration Submission Platform for Liquid Fuel Inflow-Outflow Monitoring Systems
This Platform is intended for the electronic submission of declarations to the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision A.1176/05-12-2024 by the following parties:
- Software developers of inflow-outflow monitoring systems for Public Fuel Stations and Heating Oil Vendors’ Facilities, as well as for Private-use Fuel Stations for both initial and new software versions
- Installers of inflow-outflow monitoring systems for liquid fuels (Public and Private Fuel Stations) as listed on the official website of the Ministry of Development & Investments
Access to the application is granted via the personal Taxisnet credentials of the company’s legal representative (software developer and/or system installer). For further information, please consult the user guide provided below.
Submission of declarations by the Software Developer and the inflow-outflow monitoring systems for Public Fuel Stations, in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision (JMD) No. F2-1617/07-12-2010:
- valid until 31 March 2026 for the Prefectures of Attica and Thessaloniki
- valid until 30 June 2026 for the rest of Greece
Pursuant to the provisions of Joint Ministerial Decision A.1093/11-07-2025, in conjunction with Joint Ministerial Decision A.1197/30-12-2025 (amending JMD A.1176/2024), and for the purpose of facilitating the obligated Software Developers and inflow-outflow monitoring systems, the submission of declarations complying with the provisions of JMD F2-1617/07-12-2010 is permitted, as follows:
1) Download the relevant PDF files:
2) Carefully and accurately fill in all required fields, including:
- Fuel station details
- Installer / Manufacturer details
- Information about the inflow–outflow system and related software
- Other technical details, where applicable
3) Once completed, the file must be digitally signed by the company’s legal representative (Software Manufacturer or System Installer) via the digital document certification service on gov.gr.
4) The signed PDF file must be sent exclusively by email to: fueltank@aade.gr
5) The subject line of the email should read: “Declaration of Fuel Inflow–Outflow System Installer – [Fuel Station AMDICA code]” or “Declaration of Fuel Inflow–Outflow System Software Manufacturer – [Company Name]”
6) No physical submission or mailing of printed forms is required.
It is noted that digital submission is also available through the existing IAPR online application for declaration submission, in accordance with the provisions of Decision Α.1176/05-12-2024 .
