Here, you can file an application to include your debts to the tax authority, in the Regulations of Law 4152/2013, as amended by the provisions of Article 43 of Law 4646/2019 and is currently in force.

As of 12/7/2021, debts for settlements that were active on 1/11/2019 and were lost later may be subject to this regulation, as long as the criteria of Article 2 (exemptions) of A.1127/2021 are met. As regards all the other debtors, this chance is offered as of 1/10/2021, as long as the criteria of A.1127/2021 are met.
