This service provides the ability to submit a request for change/matching of the 2008 Activity Code. The service concerns requests submitted from 1/3/2026 onwards and concerns retroactive changes to Activity Codes up to and including 28/02/2026.
The relevant request is submitted exclusively through the "My Requests" application of the digital portal myAADE.
When submitting the request digitally, it is mandatory to attach:
• the relevant Registry declaration (form D211) and
• the supporting documentation required as appropriate.
Activity Code Numbers from 1-12-2008
With the Decision of the Minister of Economy & Finance 1100330/1954/ΔΜ/6.10.08 (GG 2149/Β'/16.10.2008) "Definition of a New National Nomenclature of Economic Activities (2008 Activity Code)", the Activity Code Numbers were changed from 1.12.2008, due to mandatory adaptation to Regulation (EC) 1893/20.12.2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
In the context of serving taxpayers, both the Nomenclature itself and the printed supporting material that the interested party will be able to find in order to submit a request for the change/matching of the Activity Codes with those in force from 1/12/2008, provided that he has not done so by 28/02/2026.
