Private-Use Fuel Service Stations

Registry of Tanks of Private-Use Fuel and Energy Supply Stations

It is the integrated system for monitoring fuel and energy inflows and outflows at private-use fuel and energy supply stations, aiming to enhance transparency and safeguard public revenue.

Within this framework, the Registry of Tanks of Private-Use Fuel and Energy Supply Stations is the digital application of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR), through which the electronic registration and maintenance of data relating to fuel tanks and other elements of the respective installations is carried out, in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision Α. 1180/16.12.2025.

Data are entered by:

  1. Holders of operating licenses of private-use fuel and energy supply stations
  2. Installers of inflow-outflow monitoring systems
  3. Accredited tank calibration service providers

The Registry is addressed to holders of operating licenses of private-use fuel and energy supply stations, as specified in paragraph 2 of Article 1 of Joint Ministerial Decision Α. 1180/16.12.2025, who bear the primary responsibility for the registration and accuracy of the data relating to their installations, which indicatively operate:

  • for the servicing of vehicles and construction machinery (construction site facilities)
  • within freight terminals
  • within intercity bus stations (KTEL) or truck loading/unloading stations
  • within storage and distribution centers
