- Payment Service Providers (ACQuirers) and Network Service Providers (NSPs) with registered office outside of Greece, in order to gain access to the production environment (API), are required to send an email to posregistry.support@aade.gr entitled "Request for access to Means of Payment Declarations API” including the following mandatory information: Country, Name of Business, Local Tax Identification Number, Role (Acquirer, NSP or both), Contact Information (email, phone).
- The transmission of the data by the Payment Service Providers (ACQuirers) and Network Service Providers (NSPs) takes place according to the timeline mentioned in Α. 1137/06-09-2023.
- When the file is submitted, it is validated for following the file specifications. If any errors are detected during the above validation, the file is rejected and the relevant error messages are displayed.
- At a second stage and after the processing of data by IAPR, the submitter will receive an update to the provided email address. In case of errors the submitter will have the ability to connect to the API in order to retrieve the error list.
