New version v1.0.12 - what's included:
 

1.  Α 1128/2025  Electronic Invoicing B2B, B2C, B2G (Applicable to E.I. Providers)

Enrichment of the myDATA schema with the field downloadingInvoiceUrl – transmission of a URL by the Electronic Invoicing Provider, through which the recipient of the document, by calling this link and setting a parameter, will be able to download the invoice

URL call parameter::

  • /pdf            --> download in PDF format (default parameter if no parameter is included in the URL call, the URL will return the invoice in PDF format.)
  • /myDATA   --> download in Detailed myDATA format - InvoicesDoc_detailed.xsd
            - includes all invoice lines per item/service, 
            - each line additionally displays the item/service code, 
            - the TARIC code (if available) 
            - the item/service description
            - characterization information are not included
            - For consistency and ease of use, the data must comply with the current schema          InvoicesDoc_detailed.xsd
     
  • /EN16931  --> download in European Standard format (ELOT EN 16931)

     

The url (downloadingInvoiceUrl) must be used to generate the QR Code printed on invoices issued through an Electronic Invoicing Provider.


NOTE: Completing the downloadingInvoiceUrl field will become mandatory upon production rollout

Issuance of Shipping Documents

  • In the case of an Electronic Invoicing Provider, the downloadingInvoiceUrl must be used for generating the QR Code printed on the documents
  • In the case of an ERP system, the qrCodeUrl returned upon the successful call of SendInvoices must be used for generating the QR Code printed on the documents
