ΕΜΠ 09-01-2026 		4 Following an inspection carried out by officers of the Thessaloniki Customs Audit Service (E.L.YT.) (8th Department, Drama Mobile Audit Teams (KOE)) on 28-08-2025 at the fuel station of SAVVAS TSOLAKIDIS of AVRAAM, Tax Identification Number (TIN): 026211561, located in Nea Bafra, Regional Unit of Serres, Postal Code 62047, violations were identified for which Penalty Imposition Decision No. 950 of 09/01/2026 was issued by the Deputy Head of the General Directorate of the Economic Crime Combat Body (SDOE) of Macedonia. Pursuant to the above-mentioned Decision, a total fine of twenty-three thousand euros (€23,000.00) was imposed on SAVVAS TSOLAKIDIS, son of AVRAAM, owner of a fuel station, TIN 026211561, headquartered in Nea Bafra, Regional Unit of Serres, Postal Code 62047, falling under the jurisdiction of the Tax Office of Serres, for the following reasons:

1. An administrative fine in the amount of five thousand euros (€5,000), for the failure to present to the inspection a tanker sample corresponding to the quantity of the sample formed for sample No. 41/Β΄/ΚΟΕ8/28-08-2025 of automotive diesel oil DK (DIESEL), which was taken from tank No. T-3205416, in accordance with Article 102(5) of the Rules for the Circulation/Trade of Goods and Provision of Services (D.I.E.P.P.Y.)
2. An administrative fine in the amount of five thousand euros (€5,000), for the failure to present to the inspection a tanker sample corresponding to the quantity of the sample formed for sample No. 42/Β΄/ΚΟΕ8/28-08-2025 of automotive diesel fuel DK (DIESEL), which was taken from tank No. T-3205415, in accordance with Article 102(5) of the Rules for the Circulation/Trade of Goods and Provision of Services (D.I.E.P.P.Y.).
3. An administrative fine in the amount of ten thousand euros (€10,000), for non-compliance of the fuel quality of automotive diesel fuel DK (DIESEL) taken from tank No. T-3205416. The specific automotive diesel fuel sample with sampling protocol No. 41/Β΄ΚΟΕ8/28.08.2025, which was examined ex officio and without the presence of a private chemical representative of the inspected party, concerns a NON-COMPLIANT AUTOMOTIVE DIESEL FUEL sample, as it has a flash point of 48.0°C instead of the minimum permissible 55.0°C and suspended solids of 971 mg/kg instead of the maximum permissible 24 mg/kg. This constitutes an infringement to which the provisions of Article 20(5) of Law 4177/2013, in conjunction with Article 1, paragraph 8.1, subparagraph (ii) of Ministerial Decision No. Δ19/Φ11/οικ.13098/1156 of 25-6-2010 of the Deputy Minister of Environment, Energy and Climate Change (Government Gazette 1039/B/7-7-2010), apply.
4. An administrative fine in the amount of three thousand euros (€3,000), for failure to notify the retail selling prices of liquid fuels per unit of measurement for each product on the website www.fuelprices.gr
of D.I.M.E.A. (Interagency Market Control Unit) of the Ministry of Development and Investments, in accordance with Article 114(7) of Ministerial Decision No. 91354/24-07-2017 of the Minister of Development and Competitiveness (Rules for the Circulation/Trade of Goods and Provision of Services – D.I.E.P.P.Y.). Filadelfeia, Postal Code: 14342 414380 EX 2025 EMP 04-12-2025 493 With Decision No. 414380 EX 2025/04-12-2025 of the Head of the Operational Directorate of the Financial and Economic Crime Unit (SDOE) of Attica, a fine of 246,500.00 euros was imposed on the company LITRO SINGLE-MEMBER P.C. (IKE) with T.I.N.: 801066850, having its registered seat at 1, Agiou Ioannou Street and 2, Pindou Street, Nea Filadelfeia.
During an inspection carried out at the company’s registered seat, 493 violations of Law 4177/2013 were identified, which are specified and sanctioned pursuant to Article 105 of Ministerial Decision 91354/2017 (DIEPPY). 		Incomplete issuance of commercial documents
