Here you can verify the validity of a clearance note issued by the Tax Office or TAXISnet (it does not concern TAXISphone service documents, which is an inactive service since 1/1/2013).

Deadlines

This service is available all year long.

Step by step
  • I select “Continue” in the Certificates Validation form.
  • I select the issuer’s code: Tax Office or Internet

If the clearance note was issued by the Tax Office:

  1. I enter the four-digit code of the Tax Office.
  2. I fill-in the serial number of the clearance note in the “Protocol Number” field.
  3. I fill-in the issue yar.
  4. I fill-in the VAT No.

If the clearance note was issued via Internet (myAADE):

  1. I enter the serial number of the clearance note in the “Protocol Number” field.  
  2. I fill-in the VAT No.
  • I select “Submit”
