Services provided by an e-invoicing service provider
According to Tthe Α.1112/2025 decision of the Governor of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) Α.1112/2025 determined defines the operationalng framework for of the Electronic Invoice Service Providers e-Invoicing Service Providers, who are obliged to maintain have a “suitability license” for the electronic data issuance software the e-invoicing software they provide. To this end, a permanent five-member Suitability Audit Control Committeession has been established within the constituted at IAPR in order to certify the electronic data issuance e-invoicing software.
Companies interested in obtaining a suitability license as Electronic Invoice e-Invoicing Service Providers may must file submit a relevant request to the Committession, using the Application Submission Form for YPAHES Submission of an Application for Suitability licensesing as an Electronic Invoice e-Invoicing Service Provider and the Folder Template in order sample to submit the required supporting necessary documents and accompanying documentation.
