Public-Use Fuel Service Stations

This is the integrated system for monitoring inflows and outflows at Public-Use fuel service stations to ensure financial interests and protect consumers.
All public fuel stations must register in the Registry for monitoring inflows and outflows, in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision No. A.1151/15.10.2024 (Government Gazette B’ 5991).

 

Entities required to register include:

  1. Holders of operating licenses for public-use liquid fuel stations, LPG stations, or mixed liquid fuel and LPG stations
  2. Heating oil sellers
  3. Installers of inflow-outflow monitoring systems
  4. Accredited tank calibration service providers
     

According to Joint Ministerial Decision No. A.1197/30-12-2025 (amending A.1176/2024), the transitional period for full adaptation to the new Fuel Inflow-Outflow Monitoring System is extended.

Adaptation deadlines
•    Until 31-03-2025
Full adaptation for the Regional Units of Attica and Thessaloniki.
•    Until 30-06-2025
Full adaptation for the rest of Greece.

The obligated entities (fuel station operators, heating oil distributors, accredited tank calibration bodies, installers, software manufacturers, and other involved parties) must, by the above deadlines, fully comply with the technical and operational specifications provided for in Joint Ministerial Decision A.1176/2024, as in force.
 

Guidance on the implementation of Joint Ministerial Decision A.1176/2024 regarding the Inflow-Outflow System

Circular E.2111/2025 clarifies key issues concerning the operation and proper implementation of the Inflow-Outflow monitoring system, such as:
•    the method of interfacing the systems with the respective subsystems
•    the permitted levels of access and data security
•    the management of technical malfunctions and special cases

Required Actions:

 

The obligated entities must adapt their Inflow–Outflow systems to the new AADE data reception system, in accordance with the applicable technical specifications.

The fuel gas station owner logs in using Taxisnet credentials and submits a Support Request, describing their question/request. The response is posted on the same screen, below the submitted request.
Note: Issues related to e-Token reset are handled exclusively through a Support Request and not via email.
